How Long Does it take to Register a New PTY Company?
You’ve started the registration process for your new company registration. Now you want to know how long it will take and find out where you can track the progress of your application.
Once you have submitted all the necessary documents in their correct form, the name reservation normally takes less than 7 business days, but in rare circumstances it could take as long as 21 business days. The Registration Certificate (COR14.3) and Notice of Incorporation (COR14.1)will be registered and issued 3 to 5 business days after. Of course, the time it takes will depend on various factors. If CIPC is very busy it may take closer to the longest time range. It is important that you make sure all of your documents are accurate and complete when you make the application so that there will be no delays.

- If you’ve registered your new company using Cenova Financial Services:
If you have chosen to use our services to register a new company or make name changes, etc, we will will send you emails updating you on the status of your application. If you need further clarification, you can give us a call during business hours, Monday to Friday.
- If you’ve registered your new company using a different registration company.
If you have began your company registration process with another registration company, you will have to contact that company in order to track your application status.
